If you play any sport, you’ve got to check this out!

I mentioned it in my article on tennis elbow, but as I get further through this 300 page book, I’m more and more amazed at how good this stuff is.

If you have any pains or weakness in muscles or joints, it’s worth your while to check this book out, or at least visit this site. The magic word is “Trigger Points”

I won’t go into the detail – it is all on the site above. I’ll just tell you that what happened to me today, and espouse that logic says if the treatment you’re having for your tennis elbow or golf elbow or plantar fascitis or turf toe or whatever is not producing results, then it obviously doesn’t understand the root cause of the problem. I’m all about fixing root causes, not killing the messenger (taking pain pills, steroids or anti-inflammatories)

Anyway, to cut to the chase. Tennis elbow is caused by inflammation of the tendons at the elbow right? WRONG! The painful elbow is most often a secondary effect, not a cause.

This became painfully real to me today when I was massaging the less common trigger points for tennis elbow and I could feel the pain all the way down my arm just like the tennis elbow. No big deal you say. Except I was massaging under my shoulder blade!

When I found the trigger point under my shoulder blade (yes, you can massage under your shoulder blade if you use the right technique), my whole arm felt like I had just hit a 100 mph heavy topspin forehand with super stiff polys strung at 65 lbs! OUCHY! Amazing, just from pushing a tiny point under my shoulder blade.

I know I must sound like a bit of a wacko getting fired up about this stuff which doctors don’t know anything about, but hey, if it works, it works. I don’t care what anyone thinks about it.

A few minutes after the massage my arm felt warm and theere was an increase in feeling, like when pins and needles goes away. It’s not an instant cure, it takes at least a few days depending on how chronic the problem is. But there is improvement. I’m sticking to it.

So if you’ve got sore joints (VERY often caused by trigger points), sore muscles, plantar fasciitis, sciatia, etc, you’ve got nothing to lose, check it out.

I am not affiliated with the sites mentioned in this article and I don’t make any money from you visiting them or buying anything. Just sharing what’s helping me.
